The base is a solid milk chocolate with erythritol, but what happens deeper is pure textural poetry. Almond and peanut paste gives the whole thing a buttery, deep flavor, while millet flour and flaxseed create that legendary "crunch" effect. To break the mold, we added a drop of maple syrup and a pinch of salt, which enhances the cocoa to its limits.
